Join us for a 4-week series where we'll explore a simplified Tai Chi form. 

Tai Chi is a gentle practice suitable for all ages, offering a range of benefits:

It’s an excellent way to connect your mind and body through mindful movement and breathing. Come experience the calm and strength Tai Chi can bring to your life!
