DESCRIPTION:The Bling's the Thing Earring Workshop is a fun activity 
 for teens and adults alike. Joan teaches attendees to make bead earrings f
 or adults and kids. The only requirement is that, for every pair someone m
 akes to keep they make one for Joan to donate to a battered women's s
 helter. Currently she donates about 900 pair of earrings to 30-35 shelters
  all across the country. This program is open to teens and adults. Registr
 ation is requested.
