School just got out and you're already bored and need something to do? Come to the library and learn a new skill! Homemade pasta is super simple to make. It only requires a few ingredients and can be made with tools as simple as a fork, a knife, and a rolling pin. We're going to use the pasta attachment on our food mixer to press and cut the dough, however. All materials will be provided. Please note that we will be working with eggs and wheat flour. Participants will be able to choose between a store-bought tomato sauce or a simple olive oil dressing to eat the pasta that they make.
