Nurture your body, mind, and spirit with this easeful yoga practice. The class will incorporate flexibility, strength, balance, mobility, posture, breathing, and relaxation to decrease stress and increase overall well-being. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a large towel to the class, and yoga blocks if you have them.
